3AM Network is a small open-peering internet exchange at Qupra DC, Amsterdam (AS202301). Peering LAN: `100.66.3.0/24` and `2a0b:4e04:3a:1::/64`.
Most Amsterdam IXPs aren't really set up for networks that run BGP from a single VM - port-speed floors, sign-up calls, that sort of thing. 3AM is what happens when a few of those networks build their own. If you have an ASN and a way to reach Amsterdam, you're in: home labs, students learning BGP, hobby
ASNs, small commercial shops. Larger networks are welcome too; we just won't pretend to replace the big ones.
RS filtering: RPKI-required, IRR-based prefix lists, bogon and length sanity. No member fee, no setup fee.
To join: email **noc(at)3am.network** with your ASN and your IRR as-set and we will send you ways to cross-connects. We'll usually reply within a day.
